Common use of Materials Provided by Contractor Clause in Contracts

Materials Provided by Contractor. (a) Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, services, water, and power to the Work Site, as well as all tools, equipment, lights, transportation, and other facilities necessary for the performance of the Work. (b) All equipment, machinery, material, and articles incorporated in the Work shall be new and unused unless otherwise specified in the Contract Documents. When not specified in detail in the Contract Documents, the equipment, machinery, material, and articles incorporated in the Work shall be of the most suitable grade and quality for the purpose intended.
