Pesticides. In accordance with Section 17-1209 of the Administrative Code, to the extent that the Contractor or any Subcontractor applies pesticides to any property owned or leased by the City, the Contractor and any Subcontractor shall comply with Chapter 12 of the Administrative Code.
Pesticides. All use of pesticides on the premises shall be in compliance with the City of Berkeley's Pesticide Use Policy as it exists at the time of such use.

If any of Your Products is a “pesticide” being offered or sold in the United States or other product regulated under the US Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (“FIFRA”) or its implementing regulations, then you provide to us the following continuing guaranty that: (a) you are a resident of the United States; and (b) with respect to each such product, the pesticides and other FIFRA regulated products comprising each sale, shipment, or other delivery made previously or hereafter are: (i) lawfully registered with the US Environmental Protection Agency at the time of sale, shipment, or delivery, or fully qualified for a specific exemption from the FIFRA registration requirements at the time of sale, shipment, or delivery, (ii) compliant with all requirements of FIFRA and its implementing regulations at the time of sale, shipment, or delivery, and (iii) provided by you in the original, unbroken packaging.

In addition to the cropping plan, by December 31 of each year of this lease, the tenant must supply the landlord with a listing of what pesticides were applied to crops growing on the land over the past cropping season. Pesticides. Normal use of pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers has occurred, however the extent and types used is unknown. Therefore, there is the potential for residual levels of pesticides in soil and groundwater within the NRP. No pesticide mixing areas were known to be present within the NRP parcels. The presence of pesticides is not discussed further in this document.
Pesticides. Registered pesticides have been applied to the Property and may continue to be present thereon. Where a pesticide was applied by the Air Force or at the Air Force’s direction, to the best of the Air Force’s knowledge, the pesticide was applied in accordance with its intended purpose and consistent with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA – 7 U.S.C. §136, et seq.) and other applicable laws. If the GRANTEE takes any action with regard to the Property, including demolition of structures or any disturbance or removal of soil, and such acts or omissions cause a release of, threatened release of, or create exposure to, any such pesticide, GRANTEE assumes all resulting responsibility and liability therefor, as may be required under applicable law.
Pesticides. The spraying of pesticides is not allowed in the garden area. You may have to remove any infected vegetation and properly dispose of it. By keeping your plants healthy and your garden area clear of weeds and dead vegetation you should not need to use harsh pesticides.
