Common use of MATERIALS, SERVICES, AND FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

MATERIALS, SERVICES, AND FACILITIES. A. The Contractor shall at all times employ sufficient labor and equipment for executing the Work to full completion in the manner and time specified. Failure of the Contractor to provide adequate labor and equipment shall constitute a default of the Contract. The labor and equipment to be used in the Work by the Contractor shall be sufficient to meet the requirements of the Work and shall be such as to produce a satisfactory quality of work in accordance with accepted industry practices and within the Contract Time.
