CONTRACT AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The plans, specifications, and addenda prepared for the General Conditions Work Phase, shall form part of this Contract and the provisions thereof shall be as binding upon the parties hereto as if they were herein fully set forth. The table of contents, titles, headings, running headlines, and marginal notes contained herein and in said documents are solely to facilitate reference to various provisions of the Contract Documents and in no way affect, limit, or cast light on the interpretation of the provisions to which they refer. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the signed portion of this Contract and those of the specifications, the provisions of this signed portion of the Contract shall govern.
CONTRACT AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. All applicable State laws, municipal ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the Project shall apply to the Contract throughout, and shall be deemed to be included in the Contract as though herein written out in full.
CONTRACT AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. 1.1 The project to be constructed pursuant to this contract will be financed with the assistance of the New Mexico Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. State administered Community Development Block Grant monies are federal funds. Section 13-1-30B XXXX 0000 of the Procurement Code stipulates: "When a procurement involves the expenditure of federal funds, the procurement shall be conducted in accordance with mandatory applicable federal law and regulations. When mandatory applicable federal law or regulations are inconsistent with the provisions of the Procurement Code, compliance with federal law or regulations shall be compliance with the Procurement Code."

CONTRACT AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Contract Documents represent the entire and integrated agreement between the Parties hereto and supersedes prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. The Contract Documents shall consist of this Contract between the Village and Contractor and those other documents identified and listed in Section 11 of this Contract and any written modifications issued after execution of the Contract signed by both the Village and Contractor.

Whenever the term "Contract Documents" is used, it shall mean and include this Contract, the Invitation for Bids, the enumerated Plans, Specifications and Amendments thereto, the Addenda, the Bid Proposal as accepted by the Owner, the General Conditions, the General Requirements, the Bonds, the Instructions to Bidders, the Wage Scales, the Supplementary Conditions, and the Insurance Certificates. All references within the Contract and the Contract Documents to the State of Connecticut, the Department, the Owner, the Commissioner, the Department of Administrative Services, the Department of Administrative Services Project Manager, and the like shall mean the Town of Coventry, CT. The parties to this Contract acknowledge that State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services documents were used for procurement and contracting, and it is the understanding and intent of the parties that the Town of Coventry, as Owner, will be substituted for the State of Connecticut and its respective departments and personnel.
