CONTRACT AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Contract consists of the following documents:
(1) Contract between LTD and Contractor
(2) Exhibit A – Scope of Work
(3) Exhibit B – Compensation and Method of Payment for Services
(4) Exhibit C – LTD Request for Proposal No. 2020-145, fully conformed and inclusive of all addenda to the RFP (by reference)
(5) Exhibit D – Contractor’s Proposal in response to RFP No. 2020-145. In addition, all modifications to the Contract after Contract execution shall be made in the form of Contract Amendments in accordance with Article 13 - Changes and shall be incorporated into and made part of the Contract. The documents specified in the paragraph above form the Contract between LTD and Contractor. This Contract represents the entire and integrated agreement between the Parties hereto and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. The Contract may be amended or modified only by a Contract Amendment as defined in Article 13 - Changes.
CONTRACT AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The plans, specifications, and addenda prepared for the General Conditions Work Phase, shall form part of this Contract and the provisions thereof shall be as binding upon the parties hereto as if they were herein fully set forth. The table of contents, titles, headings, running headlines, and marginal notes contained herein and in said documents are solely to facilitate reference to various provisions of the Contract Documents and in no way affect, limit, or cast light on the interpretation of the provisions to which they refer. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the signed portion of this Contract and those of the specifications, the provisions of this signed portion of the Contract shall govern.
CONTRACT AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. All applicable State laws, municipal ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the Project shall apply to the Contract throughout, and shall be deemed to be included in the Contract as though herein written out in full.
CONTRACT AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. 1.1 The project to be constructed pursuant to this contract will be financed with the assistance of the New Mexico Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. State administered Community Development Block Grant monies are federal funds. Section 13-1-30B XXXX 0000 of the Procurement Code stipulates: "When a procurement involves the expenditure of federal funds, the procurement shall be conducted in accordance with mandatory applicable federal law and regulations. When mandatory applicable federal law or regulations are inconsistent with the provisions of the Procurement Code, compliance with federal law or regulations shall be compliance with the Procurement Code."
1.2 The applicable governing federal procurement standards are defined in OMB Circular A-102, Attachment O. When federal and state procurement policies are different, the more restrictive policies apply so long as they are consistent with Circular A- 102 standards.

CONTRACT AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. (a) The project to be constructed pursuant to this contract will be financed with assistance from the Texas Department of Agriculture - Office of Rural Affairs through a Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) and is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
(b) The Plans, Specifications and Addenda shall form part of this contract and the provisions thereof shall be binding upon the parties as if they were herein fully set forth.

(3) Exhibit B – Request for Quotations for the AMF Shower Repair Package; and
(4) Exhibit C – Quotation Submitted by CONTRACTOR in Response to RFQ. In addition, all modifications to the Contract after contract execution that are made in the form of Contract Amendments in accordance with Article 14 below shall be incorporated into and made part of the Contract. The documents specified in the paragraph above form the Contract for the AMF Shower Repair Package between RFTA and CONTRACTOR. This Contract represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. The Contract may be amended or modified only by a Contract Amendment as defined in Article 14 below.
