MATERIALS, SERVICES, AND FACILITIES. A. It is understood that, except as otherwise specifically stated in the contract documents, the Trade Contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, water, light, power, transportation, supervision, temporary construction of any nature and all other services and facilities of any nature whatsoever necessary to execute, complete and deliver the work within the specified time.
