Materials Testing and Inspection Services. The Trustees shall appoint a firm(s) to provide materials testing and inspection services during construction. The testing and inspection services firms are solely responsible to the Trustees for observation of construction, determination of adherence to the Construction Documents (including approved Plans and Specifications) and compliance with the applicable codes and standards.
