Materiel Support Centre and Central Store. 1.3.1 The Seller has established its materiel support centre in HAMBURG, FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY ("Materiel Support Centre") and shall maintain or cause to be maintained during the Term a central store of Seller Parts.
