Matters Bargained and Not. Bargained The exercise of the foregoing powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities, the adoption of reasonable policies, rules and regulations and practices in furtherance thereof, and the use of judgment and discretion in connection therewith, shall be limited only by the express terms of this Agreement. The Township is not required to bargain with the OPBA during the term of this Agreement on subjects reserved to its management and direction, except as affect wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment and the continuation, modification or deletion of a provision of this Agreement.
