Common use of Matters Subject to EHO Procedure Clause in Contracts

Matters Subject to EHO Procedure. ‌ Proposals to create, add to, or change this written Agreement or addenda supplementary hereto shall not be grievable nor submitted to an EHO and no proposal to modify, amend, or terminate a negotiated agreement, nor any matter or subject arising out of or in connection with such proposal, may be referred to this process.
