Common use of Maximum Amount for First Fiscal Year Clause in Contracts

Maximum Amount for First Fiscal Year. For the initial Fiscal Year of the Fund, the Maximum Amount determined in Paragraphs 6.d) and 7 shall be adjusted in proportion to the number of months in that Fiscal Year divided by 12, with any part of an incomplete month counting as one month;
