Maximum Amount of Leave Received. An employee may not receive more than five hundred twenty-two (522) days of shared leave during total District employment. Other methods of accommodating an employee's needs such as modified duty, modified hours, or special assignments in place of shared leave will be considered, consistent with state law, on a case-by-case basis.
