Maximum Class Loads. 1. No regular classroom shall contain more than one (1) IEP BD student at any one time, unless otherwise determined by the Individualized Education Plan Team (IEP). 2. The District will provide a written report to the Association President by October 15th and February 15th each year that outlines what current intervention classes exist and the number of students included in each of those classes.
