Maximum Credits. When a Regular Employee has accrued the maximum sick leave credits they shall no longer accrue sick leave credits until such time as the total accumulation is reduced below the maximum. At that time the Employee shall recommence accumulating sick leave credits.
Maximum Credits. When a Regular full-time or part-time employee has accrued the maximum sick leave credits of full-time twenty (20) days, part-time nine (9) days, the employee shall no longer accrue sick leave credits until such time as the total accumulation is reduced below the maximum. At that time the employee shall recommence accumulating sick leave credits.

A maximum of six (6) hours per semester (fall, spring and summer) may be earned in condensed courses (i.e., courses that do not meet for a full quarter, semester or trimester but satisfy the 15 hours of contact time for 1 hour of credit requirement). A maximum of three (3) graduate credits may be earned and applied to any one lane on the salary schedule for participation in programs of an abbreviated nature (i.e., that result in less than 15 hours of contact time per 1 hour credit).
Maximum Credits. The aggregate maximum Non-Utilization Credits to be issued by Company to Customer for any and all RI non-Utilizationand/or SP non-Utilization that occurs in a single calendar month, shall be capped at one hundred percent (100%) of the Fees due by Customer to Company during the applicable month (the “Monthly Credits Cap“). For the avoidance of doubt, Non-Utilization Credits in excess of the Monthly Credits Cap shall not carry forward to any subsequent months. THE CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREESTHAT THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE NON-UTILIZATION CREDITS CONSTITUTES CUSTOMER’S SOLE REMEDY, AND COMPANY’S SOLE LIABILITY, FOR ANY RI NON-UTILIZATION, SP NON-UTILIZATION, OVERPROVISIONING, OR DOWNTIME EVENTS.
Maximum Credits. If TCG qualifies for percentage xxxx credits in more than one category in a given month, VERIZON’s obligation to issue a xxxx credit for any single unit of unbundled network element is limited to 100% of the tariff charge for that element.
Maximum Credits. In the event that Customer is entitled to multiple credits under this SLA arising from the same event, such credits shall not be cumulative and Customer shall be entitled to receive only the maximum single credit available for such event. A credit shall be applied only to the month in which the event giving rise to the credit occurred. Under no circumstances will Customer be entitled to credits in any one calendar month in excess of twenty-five percent (25%) of the MRC paid by Customer for the Affected Service.

The maximum SLA Credits for a Service under an Order that may be earned for any calendar month will not exceed one hundred percent (100%) of the MRC for the affected Service(s) stated in the applicable Order regardless of the number of Service Level Events that occur in such month with respect to such Service. Any amounts that would be credits in excess of such one hundred percent (100%) amount for a Service will be forfeited and will not be carried over to future months for such Service. If multiple Service Level Events that are the result of a single event occur within a calendar month with respect to a Service, and such Service Level Events are associated with more than one (1) of the Service Level Objectives described in Section 3 for such Service, Customer will be entitled to a Service Level Credit for only the Service Level Event with the highest dollar value of Service Level Credit with respect to such Service.
Maximum Credits. The maximum monthly credit available under this Agreement is limited to an amount not greater than one month’s fees; furthermore, residual credits will not be carried over to subsequent 12-month periods. The service credit is the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any KwiKom service outage or any failure to meet the service objectives.

Xxxxx Systems shall issue Service Level Credits, if applicable, to Newco based on Xxxxx Systems’ failure to meet the Service Levels in the performance of the Services, provided, however, that such Service Level Credits under this MSA shall not exceed in the aggregate more than 10% of the portion of the Annual Services Charge for the applicable calendar month.
