Maximum Dollar Amount. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, AOL shall not be liable for any charges and/or expenses under any Schedule for work in excess of the Maximum Dollar Amount specified on such Schedule.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall Consultant submit any monthly invoice to AOL for more than $[***] (excluding reimbursable expenses) without the prior written approval of AOL’s Executive Vice President for Programming and Productions.
Maximum Dollar Amount. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Cadence shall not be liable for any charges or expenses under any applicable Schedule for Work done on a time and materials basis in excess of the maximum dollar amount specified in Section 10 of the applicable Schedule.
Maximum Dollar Amount. The maximum dollar amount payable to Consultant for all fees and expenses under this Schedule is hereby increased by $[***] per month. Maximum Dollar Amount. This is a no-cost cooperative agreement.
