EMPLOYEE WHO CEASES TO BE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEE. A Participant who ceases to be an Eligible Employee but who has not terminated employment with the Employer shall become a suspended Participant. During the period of suspension, no Employer contributions shall be credited to the Participant's Employer Contributions Account which are based on the Participant's Compensation from and after the date of suspension. However, amounts previously credited to a Participant's Account shall continue to vest, and the Participant shall be entitled to benefits in accordance with the other provisions of the Plan throughout the period during which the Participant is in suspended status. A suspended Participant who returns to the status of an Eligible Employee without incurring a One-Year Break in Service shall participate in the Plan immediately upon becoming again an Eligible Employee.   • Eligible Employee For purposes of the SIMPLE 401(k) Plan provisions, any Employee who is entitled to make Elective Deferrals under the terms of the SIMPLE 401(k) Plan.
