Maximum Number of Bank Days. Except as provided below, the total number of Bank days for any one contract year shall be determined by the number of members donating two (2) days for that contract year. In the event all Bank days are not awarded during any one contract year, unused Bank days will be carried forward to the next contract year. If Bank days are not used, the number of days may only accumulate up to 100 days and therefore only persons becoming new members would be able to contribute under those circumstances.
