Association Dues (Reference RCW 41.56.110). 32 The Association, which is the legally recognized Exclusive Bargaining Representative of the Classified 33 staff as described in the recognition clause of this Agreement, shall have the right to have deducted 34 from the salary of employees electing to become a member of the Association an amount equal to the 35 fees required for membership in the Association.
