Common use of Maximum Total Fee and Expense Clause in Contracts

Maximum Total Fee and Expense. The City agrees to pay the Consultant a fee based on the actual hours expended on the Project at the rates indicated in the attached Hourly Rate Schedule; Exhibit B and the actual reimbursable expenses permitted under this Agreement and incurred on this Project, but not to exceed a maximum fee of $ 226,182 .
