Maximum Transaction Amounts Clause Samples
Maximum Transaction Amounts. The Purchase Price for each proposed Transaction shall not exceed the lesser of:
(a) the Aggregate Outstanding Purchase Price for the applicable Type Sublimit (after giving effect to all Transactions then subject to the Agreement), as determined by the Type of Purchased Asset;
(b) the Aggregate Transaction Limit (as such amount may be increased from time to time in the sole discretion of Buyer as provided in Section 2.10), minus the Aggregate Outstanding Purchase Price of all other Transactions outstanding, if any; and
(c) the Asset Value of the related Purchased Asset(s).
Maximum Transaction Amounts. Each Transaction shall not exceed the lesser of:
(a) the applicable Type Sublimit, as determined by the type of Purchased Mortgage Loan;
(b) the Aggregate Transaction Limit, minus the aggregate amount of all other Transactions outstanding, if any; and
(c) the Asset Value of the related Purchased Mortgage Loan(s).
Maximum Transaction Amounts. The maximum amount you may transfer from your Account is equal to your “withdrawal limit,” and must be less than $99,999.99. Your obligations are satisfied in the order described in Section VIII. B. of this booklet. The maximum amount you may transfer from an Authorized Outside Account is determined by the bank or financial institution at which you maintain that account. We may change the maximum transaction amount or impose a minimum at any time without prior notice. Transfers may only be in U.S. dollars.
Maximum Transaction Amounts. The Purchase Price for each proposed Transaction shall not exceed the least of:
(a) the difference between (a) the product of the applicable Type Sublimit (expressed as a decimal and as determined by the Type of Purchased Asset) and the Aggregate Transaction Limit (after giving effect to all Transactions then subject to the Agreement) and (b) the product of the applicable Type Sublimit (expressed as a decimal and as determined by the Type of Purchased Asset) and the Aggregate Outstanding Purchase Price (after giving effect to all Transactions then subject to the Agreement);
(b) the Aggregate Transaction Limit minus the Aggregate Outstanding Purchase Price of all other Transactions then subject to the Agreement, if any; and
(c) the Asset Value of the related Purchased Asset(s).
