MEAL BREAK PENALTY. On days when two (2) performances, are scheduled and it is not possible, with the changeover, for the personnel involved to have a full one (1) hour meal break, there will be one (1) hour paid at double the prevailing rate and a proper meal will be provided for each person involved and paid for by the Festival. Alternately, the personnel may elect to be paid the cash equivalent of the meal instead of a meal provided by the Festival at the rate specified in Schedule B.
