Common use of Meal Hours Clause in Contracts

Meal Hours. Times of meals and length of meal hours may be adjusted by mutual agreement between the Union and the Employer. Where the employee is boarded in a camp the Employer shall provide hot soup, beverages and sandwiches. It will be the responsibility of the Employee to take the supplied lunch with them to the work site. Where the work site is within close proximity of the Employee's accommodations, hot lunches may be provided at the discretion of the Employer.
