Common use of Meal Plan Requirement Clause in Contracts

Meal Plan Requirement. All resident students who live in traditional and suite-style residence halls must participate in a University meal (board) plan. Meal plan minimum participation requirements are based on the number of credit hours accumulated by the resident student as of the beginning of the semester.  Meal plans can only be reduced through the first two weeks of classes each semester.
