Common use of MEAL POLICY Clause in Contracts

MEAL POLICY. In the event of breaking news or extended news coverage that prohibits employees from leaving for meals, the employer will provide meals for working staff. The meals are at the employer's discretion but they will make every effort to offer options to accommodate all dietary restrictions. In the event of breaking news or extended news coverage an employee who is working in the field shall be entitled to a reimbursement of no more than twenty dollars ($20).
