Re-evaluation a) When a job has moved to a higher group as a result of re-evaluation, the resulting rate shall be retroactive from the date that Management or the employee has applied to the Plant Job Review Committee for re-evaluation.
b) When a job is moved to a lower grade as a result of re-evaluation, the incumbent(s) shall maintain their job rate as a red circle rate subject to the provisions of Article 11 herein.
Re-evaluation. If an employee disagrees with a formal evaluation, they shall have the right to have a re-evaluation if such re-evaluation is requested in writing within ten (10) working days from the receipt of the original evaluation. The employee shall state in writing the specific reasons for the request for re- evaluation. The employee may request a different evaluator from within the administrative staff of the Allegan Area Educational Service Agency. The administrative staff member must be deemed qualified to conduct the re- evaluation by the Superintendent or his/her designee.
Re-evaluation. The Engineer shall develop re-evaluations in accordance with 23 CFR 771.129. All re-evaluations shall meet the requirements set forth in the State’s Environmental Compliance Toolkit guidance.
Re-evaluation. A re-evaluation of the assigned Senior Community Service Officer's performance shall be conducted by the Review Board every six (6) months.
Re-evaluation. (a) When a job has moved to another grade as a result of re-evaluation, the wage rate for the new grade shall be effective on the date that Management or the Employee has applied to the Review committee for re-evaluation.
(b) When a job is moved to a lower grade as a result of re-evaluation, the incumbent shall maintain his job rate as a red circle rate subject to the provisions of Section 10 herein.
Re-evaluation. Agents are appointed for a six (6) month period. Personnel desiring to be reappointed to the position of Police Agent shall submit such a request in writing. A reevaluation of the assigned Police Agents' performance shall be conducted by each Police Agent committee at every six (6) month interval.
Re-evaluation. The Engineer shall develop re-evaluations in accordance with 23 CFR 771.129. A Reevaluation Consultation Checklist (RCC) and supporting documentation must include the project history, addressing the specific changes that have occurred, potential environmental impacts and why (or why not) the Categorical Exclusion (CE) or Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) designation remains valid.
Re-evaluation. New Jobs
Re-evaluation. Within 12 months after the original evaluation is completed, Respondent shall provide the name of an evaluator to the Board for approval to provide a re-evaluation of the program to assess implementation of any remediation recommendations from the original evaluation, and current program status. Respondent shall cause the evaluator to complete and provide the re-evaluation report to the Board within 15 months of the original evaluation.
Re-evaluation. At the end of ten (10) years after the Client’s product achieves certification, NAT will evaluate any changes that may have taken place involving the certified product and make a determination of the level of testing that must be completed for continuing compliance to demonstrate continued product effectiveness as previously tested and certified. If XXX notifies the Client of a need for retesting, the Client shall supply the product to NAT within six months of the notification. NAT may require re-evaluation of a certified product for a variety of reasons, including, changes significantly affecting the product’s design or specification, changes in the Standard(s) to which the product is certified, changes in the ownership, structure or management of the Client, or any other information indicating the product may no longer comply.
