Measure H Obligation. 19 A. If ADMINISTRATOR determines that the Measure H Obligation has not been met by 20 COUNTY for any Period, ADMINISTRATOR shall direct the Intermediary to distribute funds, in 21 whole or in part, as determined by ADMINISTRATOR at its sole discretion, in accordance with the 22 Measure H Obligation procedures for the Period specified herein that corresponds with the additional 23 funding. Any amounts due CONTRACTOR shall be reduced by any outstanding amounts owed 24 COUNTY.
