If a visual inspection of the dipped-beam pattern on the screen or a photometric method is used, measurement shall be carried out in a dark environment (for example, a dark room) of sufficient area to allow the vehicle and the screen to be placed as shown in Figure 1. Headlamp centres of reference shall be at a distance vfrom the screen of at least 10 m. 3.2. The ground on which measurements are made shall be as flat and horizontal as possible, so that the reproducibility of measurements of dipped-beam inclination can be assured with an accuracy of ∀ 0.5 mrad (" 0.05 per cent inclination). 3.3. If a screen is used, its marking, position and orientation in relation to the ground and to the median longitudinal plane of the vehicle, shall be such that the reproducibility of the measurement of the dipped-beam inclination can be assured with an accuracy of ∀0.5 mrad (∀0.05 per cent inclination). 3.4. During measurements, the ambient temperature shall be between 10 and 30 °C.

Measurement conditions. Ingestion of alcoholic beverages is not allowed 16 h prior to measurement. This applies to all objective measurements. When in doubt, a blood sample must be taken to verify that the alco- hol level is below 0.1 mg/g (alternative 0.1 ‰)(10).   • Market Conditions Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, settlement and payment for Foreign Assets received for the account of the Portfolios and delivery of Foreign Assets maintained for the account of the Portfolios may be effected in accordance with the customary established securities trading or processing practices and procedures in the country or market in which the transaction occurs, including, without limitation, delivering Foreign Assets to the purchaser thereof or to a dealer therefor (or an agent for such purchaser or dealer) with the expectation of receiving later payment for such Foreign Assets from such purchaser or dealer. The Custodian shall provide to each Board the information with respect to custody and settlement practices in countries in which the Custodian employs a Foreign Sub-Custodian described on Schedule C hereto at the time or times set forth on such Schedule. The Custodian may revise Schedule C from time to time, provided that no such revision shall result in a Board being provided with substantively less information than had been previously provided hereunder.

  • Performance Requirements A. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work which will be ordered under this Contract. B. The total Contract amount will not exceed $4,900,000. C. This is a Contract for work specified in individual Job Orders. Work ordered prior to but not completed by the expiration of the Contract period, and any additional work required as a result of unforeseen conditions encountered during construction up to six (6) months after the contract expiration date, will be completed with all provisions of this Contract still in force. Performance time for each Job Order issued under this Contract will be determined in accordance with the Contract. This performance time will be determined and agreed upon by both Parties for each individual Job Order. Contractor must self-perform 20% of the Work under this Contract for ‘A’ and ‘B’ licenses. Contractor must self-perform 75% of the Work under this Contract, unless otherwise approved by the County, for ‘C’ licenses. D. This is an indefinite-quantity Contract for the supplies or services specified and effective for the period stated. Work or performance shall be made only as authorized by Job Orders issued in accordance with the ordering procedures clause. The Contractor agrees to furnish to the County when and if ordered, the supplies or services specified in the Contract up to and including the quantity designated in the Job Orders issued as the maximum designated in the Contract.
