Measurement Facilities. Gatherer shall install, own, operate and maintain Measurement Facilities to measure Saltwater at all the Receipt Points located on the Gathering System. Measurement Facilities at such Receipt Points shall meet current industry standards for custody transfer measurement. Producer shall have the right to install check Measurement Facilities upstream of each such Receipt Point.
