Measurement Standards. Section 2.12 of the Governance Agreement sets forth certain provisions regarding the adoption of Measurement Standards by the Board of Directors for each fiscal year. In addition, such Section 2.12 sets forth certain provisions regarding approval rights and procedures to be followed in the event that Measurement Standards shall not have been approved by the Board of Directors in a timely manner or in the event that the Measurement Standards shall not have been met at any time by the Corporation. Said provisions are incorporated herein and made a part of these Bylaws. ARTICLE IV
Measurement Standards. The following standards shall apply to the measurement of Gas hereunder:
Measurement Standards. The measurements of the volume and quality of all Gas, Residue Gas and NGLs, as applicable, delivered at the Receipt Points and Delivery Points (other than the Interstate Delivery Points) will be conducted in accordance with the following provisions. The measurements of the volume and quality of all Gas, Residue Gas and NGLs, as applicable, delivered at the Interstate Delivery Points will be conducted in accordance with the regulations and procedures of the applicable Downstream Facilities at such Interstate Delivery Points.
Measurement Standards. I. Measurement Standards- Single Tenancy Floors. Three steps, in sequence, are to be followed to determine the Total Rentable Area: (i) compute gross area, (ii) deduct certain areas, and (iii) add applicable share of areas to be apportioned (see paragraph C below).
Measurement Standards. All measurement equipment utilized for custody transfer and billing or allocation purposes shall comply with the Gas Measurement Standards set forth in Exhibit 9.8.
Measurement Standards. The measuring station or stations provided for hereunder shall be so equipped with meters, recording gauges, or other types of meter or meters of standard make and design used in the industry and according to applicable AGA or API standards, so as to accomplish the measurement of Gas delivered and redelivered hereunder. Gas measured hereunder will have its volume, mass, gravity, composition or energy content determined and computed in accordance with applicable AGA standards in effect at the date of installation of the measurement equipment and shall comply with applicable state and federal regulation. At BUYER’s option, BUYER may update the measurement equipment and/or the determination of volume, mass, gravity, composition or energy content in accordance with subsequent revisions, supplements, and appendices to said AGA standards.
Measurement Standards. All flow meters and weight scales used in determining product volume shall be calibrated within the frequency required by local regulation (foreign or domestic). If no local regulation exists, then the frequency of calibration shall be that recommended by the meter or scale manufacturer or every 12 months, whichever is more frequent. The net quantity shipped shall be reported in whole gallons on the DD Form 250 or commercial equivalent, whichever is applicable.
Measurement Standards. The following measurement standards address Relative Positional Precision for the monuments or witnesses marking the corners of the surveyed property.
Measurement Standards. All measurements shall be made in all respects in accordance with the applicable American Petroleum Institute standards, and all quantities, however measured, shall be (1) adjusted to volume equivalents at 60°F in accordance with Table No. 2 of the ASTM/IP Petroleum Measurements Tables D4311/4311M (as to asphalt and polymer-modified asphalt) and Table B-1 of the Asphalt Emulsions Manufacturers Association (as to asphalt emulsions), in each case as in effect at the time of the measurement, or other Tables as accepted by both Owner and Customer, and (2) converted into Tons on the basis of actual specific gravity at 60°F, in accordance with that same Table.
Measurement Standards. Weight scales used in determining net shipping volumes shall be certified as calibrated within the frequency required by local regulation. If no local regulation exists, the frequency of calibration shall be conducted in accordance with weight scale manufacturer recommendation or every six months, whichever is more frequent. All flow meters used in determining product volume shall be calibrated within the frequency required by local regulation (foreign or domestic). If no local regulation exists, then the frequency of calibration shall be that recommended by the meter manufacturer or every six months, whichever is more frequent. Pressure gauges and thermometers used to calculate fill quantities for gaseous cylinders and tube trailers shall be calibrated at least every six months. The net quantity shipped shall be reported on the DD Form 250 or commercial equivalent, whichever is applicable.
