Measurements and Tests. a) the process and method of measurement of LNG quantity and quality which is delivered to or stored at the LNG Facility, b) the access process of the LNG User to the measuring devices, and c) the settlement of disputes between the Parties regarding measurements, shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Network Code and the Measurement Regulation of the NNGS.
