Meat Clerks. A Meat Clerk is an individual who is engaged in the handling, pricing, displaying and otherwise servicing of the cold deli section or cases which include luncheon meats, cheeses, tortillas, etc. It is agreed between the parties that the Company will be free to transfer employees in the Meat Clerk classification into Meatwrapper or Meatcutter jobs.
