Common use of Mechanical Equipment Clause in Contracts

Mechanical Equipment. Section A of this Article shall not apply where the Employer provides mechanical equipment to aid in the installation of jobsite glazing. Mechanical glass handling equipment shall be manipulated by a Journeyman Xxxxxxx on the jobsite, unless the company providing the equipment will only do so if it also provides the operator, and further providing they are signatory to an AFL-CIO Building Trades Agreement.
