Common use of Mechanical Equipment Clause in Contracts

Mechanical Equipment. this Article shall not apply where the Employer provides mechanical equipment to aid in the installation of jobsite glazing. Mechanical glass handling equipment shall be manipulated by a Journeyman Xxxxxxx on the jobsite, unless the company providing the equipment will only do so if it also provides the operator, and further providing they are signatory to an AFL-CIO Building Trades Agreement.
