Common use of Media Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Media Disclosure. The County will not provide information to the media regarding a recipient of services purchased under this Agreement without first consulting the OHA office that referred the child or family. The County will make immediate contact with the OHA office when media contact occurs. The OHA office will assist the County with an appropriate follow-up response for the media.
