Media Grant. I irrevocably grant and license to USAC and its affiliates, the right to capture and use my image, likeness, name, voice, comments or other proprietary or public rights in any broadcast, telecast, photograph, video, or audio sound recording taken in connection with an Event, without compensation, for all purposes, including any commercial use so long as such use does not imply my endorsement of any company, product or service.
Media Grant. I irrevocably grant and license to Kermesse Sport and its affiliates, the right to capture and use my image, likeness, name, voice, comments or other proprietary or public rights in any broadcast, telecast, photograph, video, or audio sound recording taken in connection with the Event, without compensation, for all purposes, including any commercial use so long as such use does not imply my endorsement of any company, product or service.
Media Grant. I grant to USAC and its designees the right and license to use, copy, modify, broadcast, distribute, transmit, display, perform, present, create works and derivative works, and otherwise utilize my image, likeness, name, voice, comments or other personal information (collectively, “Personal Attributes”), in any manner or medium (whether now or hereafter existing), filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded or memorialized in any manner in connection with an Event, without compensation or notice to or consent by me or any third party, for the purposes of advertising or promoting an Event, USAC, the sport of cycling, or any commercial use so long as such use does not imply my personal endorsement or affiliation with any company, product or service.
Media Grant. I grant to USAC and its designees the right and license to use, copy, modify, broadcast, distribute, transmit, display, perform, present, create works and derivative works, and otherwise utilize my image, likeness, name, voice, comments or other personal information (collectively, “Personal Attributes”), in any manner or medium (whether now or hereafter existing), filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded or memorialized in any manner in connection with an Event, for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation or notice to or consent by me or any third party.
Media Grant. I irrevocably grant and license to USAC, its affiliates and their respective designees the right to capture and use my image, likeness, name, voice, words, biographical information, or other proprietary or public rights or any other identifying characteristics, in any broadcast, telecast, photograph, video, or audio sound recording taken in connection with an Event, without compensation, notice or attribution, for any and all purposes, including without limitation any commercial use (so long as such commercial use does not imply my endorsement of any company, product or service), and in any and all media or manner, whether existing now or in the future. I understand that the foregoing prevents me from bringing any claims for such uses, including, without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or violation of publicity rights.
Media Grant. I grant to Canyon Bicycles USA, Inc., organizing authorities, sponsors, organizers and promotors, and their designees the right and license to use, copy, modify, broadcast, distribute, transmit, display, perform, present, create works and derivative works, and otherwise utilize my image, likeness, name, voice, comments or other personal information (collectively, “Personal Attributes”), in any manner or medium (whether now or hereafter existing), filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded or memorialized in any manner in connection with an Event, without compensation or notice or further consent, for the purposes of advertising or promoting an Event, USA Cycling, the sport of cycling, or any commercial use so long as such use does not imply my personal endorsement or affiliation with any company, product or service. Financial Responsibility. Rider assumes full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, damage or late return of any bicycle provided by Canyon. Any Canyon-provided bicycle must be returned clean and undamaged, less normal wear and tear, and Rider authorizes Canyon to charge any credit card or other form of deposit to pay for repairs or losses Canyon deems appropriate.
Media Grant.
