Common use of Media reporting Clause in Contracts

Media reporting. Art. 48 Media reporting 1 The analogue, digital or otherwise fixed recordings of performances on audio and audio-visual media including the image carrier for the purpose of use in the context of media reporting is governed by Art. 28 URG [Schweizerisches Urheber- rechtsgesetz vom 9. Oktober 1992; Swiss Federal Copyright Act]. 2 The Stage Member and Stage Management undertake to comply with their me- dia law-related mission in favour of the media and the public. 3 The Stage Management ensures that the media respect the privacy rights of the Stage Members. Recordings in rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms, beside and be- hind the stage as well as in rehearsals are permitted unless a Stage Member ex- plicitly opposes recording. In any case recording in main and general rehearsals of the action on stage are permitted.
