Medicaid Benefit Information. The State will review and approve or deny the MA Health Plan’s prepared summarization of the products and services offered under the State’s Medicaid benefit plan as described in the State’s Provider Policy Manuals and State Plan to support MA Health Plan’s production of Comparison Charts as described in Section 2.3.2 of this Agreement.
