Common use of Medicaid Card Clause in Contracts

Medicaid Card. In no event can the Department make supplemental payments, pay for deductibles or make co-payments for medical services. 1) When the child and family live in Illinois, medical benefits are provided under Title XIX of the Social Security Act (Medicaid).
