Medicaid Services. Recipient shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulation pertaining to the provision of Medicaid Services under the Medicaid Act, Title XIX, 42 U.S.C. Keep such records as are necessary to fully disclose the extent of the services provided to individuals receiving Medicaid assistance and shall furnish such information to any state or federal agency responsible for administering the Medicaid program regarding any payments claimed by such person or institution for providing Medicaid Services as the state or federal agency may from time to time request. 42 U.S.C.
