Medical and Disability Benefits. Employee and his spouse shall be entitled to participate in Employer's medical program, Employer-paid disability and other benefit programs as other executives of Employer are entitled to participate in, as is in place from time to time. If Employee desires to include any family members other than his spouse in the medical plan, Employee shall be responsible for all additional costs.
