Medical Attention for On the-Job Injuries Employees shall make reasonable attempts to schedule all medical treatment related to on-the-job injuries during non-scheduled work hours. Medical treatment for on-the-job injuries that are required during scheduled work hours shall be paid time. Medical appointments during normal scheduled work hours should be coordinated with the employee’s supervisor so the best interests of the department are maintained. At no point will the employee be compensated for medical appointments that are not during his/her normal work shift; nor will employees receive overtime for attending medical appointments.

  • Project Administration Designation Pursuant to Paragraph (B) of Rule 164-1-21 of the Administrative Code, the Recipient shall designate its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer and Project Manager in Appendix B of this Agreement. Changes in these designations must be made in writing.

  • Termination for Non-Appropriation The continuation of this Contract beyond the current fiscal year is subject to and contingent upon sufficient funds being appropriated, budgeted, and otherwise made available by the City. The City may terminate this Contract, and Contractor waives any and all claim(s) for damages, effective immediately upon receipt of written notice (or any date specified therein) if for any reason the City’s funding from State and/or federal sources is not appropriated or is withdrawn, limited, or impaired.
