Paid Time definition

Paid Time. The term "paid time" shall mean all time for which an employee receives compensation, including work time and paid leave time.
Paid Time means time for which an employee is paid by the Federal Government, including both duty time, in which the employee performs agency business, and taxpayer-funded union time. It does not include time spent on paid or unpaid leave, or an employee’s off-duty hours.
Paid Time means time spent on Work-Related Activities for which prior approval has been obtained as required.

  • The timesheet should identify the: (a) grant, project or cost center being worked on; (b) number of hours worked on each; (c) description of work performed; and (d) Paid Time Off (PTO) hours.

  • The employee requesting such extended bereavement leave shall be allowed to utilize any Paid Time Off that s/he has accrued and earned.

  • Employee shall accrue paid time off in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s Paid Time Off Program, as stated in the Company’s Employee Handbook, and as may be modified from time to time.

  • The Paid Time Off (PTO) benefit program gives eligible employees time off from work for rest, recreation, illness, to care for a sick family member or other circumstances based on individual need.

  • Subject to the maximum accrual permitted under the Paid Time Off Program, Employee shall accrue paid time off at the rate of thirty (30) days per year.

  • Where applicable, this language shall be coordinated with Article 11B, Section 9, Paid Time Off, to ensure that no employee uses paid time off (PTO) hours and frozen sick leave hours totaling more than $2,000.00 per payroll year.

  • Executive will be eligible for Paid Time Off in accordance with UnitedHealth Group’s policies.

  • Executive shall be entitled to Paid Time Off benefits (“PTO”) subject to the terms and conditions of the Company’s PTO policy.

  • Record Time shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Lead Time means the quoted timeframe calculated between the date of receipt of the PO by Supplier and the Delivery Date.

  • Response Time means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 90 per cent of the final reading (t90) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point, whereby the change of the measured component is at least 60 per cent full scale (FS) and takes place in less than 0.1 second. The system response time consists of the delay time to the system and of the rise time of the system.

  • PM means particulate matter.

  • Scheme Record Time means the time and date specified as such in the Scheme Document, expected to be 6.00 p.m. on the Business Day immediately preceding the Effective Date or such other time as Codemasters and Take-Two may agree;

  • Measurement Time means 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on the Closing Date.

  • Eastern Prevailing Time means either Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Savings Time, as in effect from time to time.

  • Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.
