Common use of Medical Care for Employees Clause in Contracts

Medical Care for Employees. Contractor shall promptly, as due, make payment of all sums to any person, co-partnership, association or corporation, furnishing medical, surgical and/or hospital care incident to the sickness or injury of Contractor's employee(s), all sums which Contractor agrees to pay for such services and all monies and sums which Contractor collected or deducted from the wages of employees pursuant to any law, contract or contract for the purpose of providing or paying for such service. (ORS 279B.230)

Medical Care for Employees. (ORS 279B.230).
