Common use of MEDICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE Clause in Contracts

MEDICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE. The Concessionaire shall at all times maintain a Medical Emergency response team at the District Hospital. In the event of any Medical Emergency the Authority may require the Concessionaire to provide at the District Hospital such services as may be mandated by the Authority at the given time. These services could include provision of additional Beds as Free Beds, deployment of adequate staff, access to the blood banks and diagnostic facility etc. maintained at the District Hospital.
