Common use of Medical Examinations and Autopsy Clause in Contracts

Medical Examinations and Autopsy. The Company at its own expense will have the right to request the Insured Person to examine as often as it may reasonably require when a claim is still pending hereunder. The Company at its expense will have the right to make an autopsy in case of the death of the Insured Person where it is not forbidden by law before it is liable to pay any benefit hereunder.
