LOSS OF HOME CONTENT. The Company shall reimburse the Insured Person up to the Maximum Benefit stated in the Schedule of Benefits for the loss or damage to household contents owned, used or worn by the Insured Person contained within his/her Primary Residence in Hong Kong as a direct result of burglary while the Insured Person is traveling on the insured Journey. Such loss must be reported to the police and supported by written documentation and report from the police. The Company may make payment or at its opinion reinstate or repair subject to due allowance for wear and tear and depreciation in respect of articles more than one (1) year old.

LOSS OF HOME CONTENT. In the event of any Accidental fire and/or burglary, We will provide Indemnity to the Insured Person by cash payment, repair or reinstatement, at Our option, against physical loss of or damage to the Contents within Insured Person principal residence in Hong Kong SAR which was left vacant while Insured Person is on the Covered Trip. In the event of loss or damage to any property insured forming part of a pair or set, Our liability shall not exceed a proportionate part of the value on the pair or set.   • Loss of Data In the event of loss of any State data or records where such loss is due to the intentional act, omission, or negligence of the Contractor or any of its subcontractors or agents, the Contractor shall be responsible for recreating such lost data in the manner and on the schedule set by the Contract Manager. The Contractor shall ensure that all data is backed up and is recoverable by the Contractor.

  • Business Interruption Lessee shall obtain and maintain loss of income and extra expense insurance in amounts as will reimburse Lessee for direct or indirect loss of earnings attributable to all perils commonly insured against by prudent lessees in the business of Lessee or attributable to prevention of access to the Premises as a result of such perils.

  • Loss or Destruction Upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, destruction, or mutilation of this Warrant Certificate and, in the case of any such loss, theft or destruction, upon delivery of an indemnity agreement or bond satisfactory in form, substance and amount to the Company or, in the case of any such mutilation, upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant Certificate, the Company at its expense will execute and deliver, in lieu thereof, a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor.

  • Removal of Equipment Subject, always, to the other terms and provisions of this Fee Agreement, the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates shall be entitled to remove and dispose of components of the Project from the Project in its sole discretion with the result that said components shall no longer be considered a part of the Project and, to the extent such constitute Economic Development Property, shall no longer be subject to the terms of this Fee Agreement.   • Business Interruption Plan ALPS shall maintain in effect a business interruption plan, and enter into any agreements necessary with appropriate parties making reasonable provisions for emergency use of electronic data processing equipment customary in the industry. In the event of equipment failures, ALPS shall, at no additional expense to the Fund, take commercially reasonable steps to minimize service interruptions.
