Common use of Medical Expense Loss Clause in Contracts

Medical Expense Loss. This loss equals the documented past out-of- pocket medical expenses that were in- curred as a result of the physical harm suffered by the victim (i.e., those med- ical expenses that were not paid for or reimbursed through health insurance or other programs). The Special Master shall not consider any future medical expense loss.
