Common use of Medical Insurance and Other Benefits Clause in Contracts

Medical Insurance and Other Benefits. For so long as the Employee remains employed by the Company, the Employee shall be eligible to receive such medical, paid time off and other benefits as are furnished to similarly situated employees of the Company (subject to and to the extent permitted by the Company’s plan documents). In the event of the Employee’s termination of employment with the Company for any reason, the eligibility for and continuation, provision, accrual and vesting of any employee benefits with respect to the Employee or the Employee’s dependents shall be governed solely by the operative documents relating to such benefits and applicable law.
