Perquisites; Expenses. During his employment with the Company, Executive shall be entitled to (i) perquisites on the same basis as perquisites are generally provided to executives of the Company and (ii) first class air travel. In addition, the Company shall promptly pay or, if such expenses are paid directly by Employee, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement, for all reasonable expenses that Executive incurs during his employment with the Company in carrying out Executive’s duties under this Agreement, including, without limitation, those incurred in connection with business related travel or entertainment, upon presentation of expense statements and customary supporting documentation.

The Company agrees to promptly reimburse Executive for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive in performing his duties pursuant to this Agreement, in accordance with Company’s reimbursement policies generally applicable to senior management. During the Term of this Agreement, Company agrees to provide Executive with such perquisites as are generally made available to senior management from time to time, including the perquisites provided as of the date the Board of Directors approves this Agreement.

During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to receive such perquisites as CFC may determine to provide to its senior executive officers, and CFC shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and documented expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder, including, without limitation, expenses incurred as a result of the attendance by the Executive’s wife at a function or meeting where the Executive determines that her attendance is appropriate for business purposes.
Perquisites; Expenses. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to perquisites no less favorable than those provided to any other senior executive of the Company. In addition, the Company shall promptly pay or, if such expenses are paid directly by Employee, Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement, for all reasonable expenses that Executive incurs during his employment with the Company in carrying out Executive's duties under this Agreement, including, without limitation, those incurred in connection with business related travel or entertainment, upon presentation of expense statements and customary supporting documentation. Executive shall be reimbursed for the cost of commutation (by train, car or car service at Executive's discretion) between his home and the Company's office and between his home and an airport and at all other times when traveling on Company business. When traveling on company business, Executive shall be entitled to use any aircraft owned or leased by the Company ("Company Aircraft") or fly commercial first-class. Any other use of Company Aircraft shall be governed by applicable Company policy.
Perquisites; Expenses. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement of reasonable expenses incurred by Executive in the course of Executive’s duties, to the extent allowed under applicable policies of the Company.

The Company agrees to reimburse Executive for all reasonable, ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred by Executive in performing his duties during the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Company's reimbursement policies generally applicable to management personnel. Subject to the Compensation and Personnel Committee's discretion to adjust perquisites, the Company agrees to provide Executive with such perquisites as are generally made available to management personnel from time to time consisting of (i) the right to participate at the Board member level in the Company's matching contribution program for one year after termination of Executive's employment hereunder, unless Executive's employment is terminated by Company for Cause or by Executive Without Good Reason, and (ii) during the Term of this Agreement, use of a personal vehicle selected by the Company and access to the Company's corporate jet, subject to the Company's policy on payment for personal use of the corporate jet.
Perquisites; Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be provided with unrestricted use of a car and driver reasonably acceptable to him. The Executive shall also be provided, at the Company's expense, with two Reuters' machines, one in his office at the Company and the other at his personal office. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the Company's expense reimbursement policies.

Executive shall have any and all rights afforded to other similarly situated officers of the Company under any tax equalization, tax preparation or tax or financial consultation policies, plans and arrangements of the Company, which rights shall continue in effect following any termination of Executive’s employment hereunder with respect to any taxable year of Executive in which any foreign earnings attributable to Executive’s service with the Company (or any taxes payable in respect thereto, or any adjustment in respect of such taxes) must be reflected in or otherwise impact Executive’s U.S. income tax return.

The Company acknowledges that Executive has obtained ownership in a fractional jet program at his own expense for personal use. In the event that Executive uses his personal aircraft for business travel, Executive may bill the Company fox xxe first class, round trip airfare to the destination. In the event that Executive's spouse accompanies Executive to the business function, Executive can bill a second first xxxss round trip airfare to the company.
