Medical Insurance Costs. The Company will provide health insurance coverage for Executive, Executive’s spouse, and Executive’s children (up to the maximum age allowed by the Company’s plan, provided they meet the terms of eligibility for participation in the plan).

Medical Insurance Costs. The Company will pay the full cost for family health insurance coverage, including co-pays and deductibles, if any, for Executive, Executive’s spouse, and Executive’s children (up to the maximum age allowed by the Company’s plan, provided they meet the terms of eligibility for participation in the plan). In addition, the Company will reimburse Executive for the unreimbursed cost of bi-annual physicals for Executive and his spouse at the clinic of Executive’s choice. If the payments contemplated by this Section 3.6.1 create income tax liability for Executive, the Company shall withhold all required taxes from such payments.
Medical Insurance Costs. The Company will pay the full cost for family health insurance coverage, including co-pays and deductibles, if any, for Executive, comparable to that provided to other senior executives of the Company.

  • Medical Insurance Upon termination of employment, the Executive shall be entitled to all COBRA continuation benefits available under the Company's group health plans to similarly situated employees. To the extent permitted under Code Section 409A, during the applicable Payout Period, the Company shall provide such COBRA continuation benefits to the Executive at the active employee rates similarly situated employees must pay for such benefits. Upon the expiration of such Payout Period, the Executive will be responsible for paying the full COBRA premiums for the remaining COBRA continuation period.

  • Additional Insurance In addition to the insurance described above, Lessee shall maintain such additional insurance as may be reasonably required from time to time by Lessor or any Facility Mortgagee and shall further at all times maintain, to the extent required by applicable law, worker's compensation insurance coverage (including self-insurance) for all persons employed by Lessee (or its agent or operator) on the Leased Property.

  • Malpractice Insurance The senior management of the Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries has concluded, after the exercise of reasonable business judgment, that such entities are not engaged in the practice of dentistry and are not required to maintain malpractice insurance and if such senior management concludes after the Closing Date that such entities are required to maintain malpractice insurance, the Borrower covenants and agrees to, and will require each of its Subsidiaries to, obtain and maintain comprehensive malpractice insurance against bodily injury and death with financially sound and reputable insurance companies in such amounts and against such risks as are usually carried by owners of similar businesses and properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower and its Subsidiaries operate.

  • Medical and Dental Insurance The Company shall pay Employee’s monthly Medical and Dental Insurance premiums in association with Company provided health insurance plans.

  • Group Insurance Executive shall be entitled to participate in such group health and dental insurance programs (including spouse coverage) as may from time to time be offered generally to all of the other members of the senior management personnel of the Company and its subsidiaries.

  • FDIC Insurance The deposits of each Subsidiary Bank of the Borrower are insured by the FDIC and no act has occurred which would adversely affect the status of such Subsidiary Bank as an FDIC insured bank.
