Common use of Medical Insurance Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Medical Insurance Reimbursement. During the term of this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay the Executive a monthly stipend of $2,214 per month (to be adjusted on an annual basis for any increases or decreases in premium) (“Medical Insurance Reimbursement”) in addition to the Executive’s annual salary to cover medical insurance premiums until such time that the Company can make available an alternative medical insurance plan. Nothing herein shall be deemed to impose any other or further obligation or liability on the part of the Company with respect to any medical costs incurred by the Executive during the term of the Executive’s employment. Except as specifically provided herein or as required by law, the Executive acknowledges that he, his spouse and dependents will not receive health and medical benefits following any termination of his employment.
