Common use of Medical Limitation Clause in Contracts

Medical Limitation. (a) In the event of an Employee sustaining injuries at work or becoming affected by occupational diseases during the course of employment and becoming handicapped as a result thereof, the Company will endeavour to give the handicapped Employee such suitable employment as is available and for which the Employee is qualified and for which he is eligible by virtue of seniority.
